Valves: Pneumatic valves and electromagnetic pilot valves use German Burkert products to ensure that the number of actions is more than one million times without failure.
Controller: We choose Siemens products from Germany. The controller controls the entire nitrogen production to be completed automatically, without the need for special personnel on duty, which saves costs.
Packing method: The molecular sieve in the adsorption tower is packed by the "blizzard" method to obtain the maximum packing density and reduce the erosion of the molecular sieve. There is no need to add it during the entire service life.
Nitrogen production technology: The nitrogen production technology of Cape Company directly comes from the German Carbo Tech GmbH company. The key technologies such as process design, internal structure design of the adsorption tower, valve arrangement, pipeline design and other key technologies are provided by the German side to ensure that the world-class technology is used to serve the majority client.
Mainly used for steelmaking converter sealing, blast furnace roof sealing, blast furnace ironmaking coal powder injection, continuous casting, continuous rolling, steel annealing, stress relief, aging, quenching heating, carburizing, nitrocarburizing, soft nitriding, Nitrogen source for heat treatment in nitrogen-based atmosphere such as vacuum quenching, shielding gas for welding and powder metallurgy sintering process, and cleaning and dilution gas.
